Edition of AKS

AKS (b. 1999 Queens, NY) is a photographer, painter, and visual creative that emphasizes the authenticity of texture, form, repetition, and space. She graduated from the University of Hartford 2021, with a BFA in Photography and Psychology.

 

AKS has mentored with photographer and independent educator Ellen Carey, who had sparked her interests in experimental darkroom processes. AKS is a master fine-art printer, who is versatile in both traditional techniques and conceptual styles of producing compelling images.
